Senior Facilities Administrator
We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Senior Facilities Administrator to manage a prestigious site in Aberdeen. Managing all facilities activities onsite including contractor management and budgets. Excellent organisational skills and good knowledge of current HSE legislation desirable. Hours of work are
Monday-Friday 9.00am-6pm. City centre location.
Facilities Manager
On anticipated award of a new contract we are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager. To be considered for this role you must have an extensive background in FM. You will have full accountability for the management of and delivery of technical services, building fabric maintenance, PPM scheduling, for the hard and soft sectors of FM along with the preparation and reconciliation of budgets.
Part Time Receptionist – Monday-Friday 12.30-5pm – based at Tullos, Aberdeen
We have an immediate vacancy for a part time Receptionist. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal, communication and PC skills to join our team based in Tullos. Previous reception experience, while not essential, would be advantageous. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 12.30pm-5pm.
Security Administrator
(Shift working to include nights and weekends)
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced security administrator to join our team based at Admiral Court. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required for this position.
Part Time Receptionist/Administrator
We have a vacancy for a part time Receptionist/Administrator. Applicants must have good Reception skills, be well presented, articulate and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
An hourly rate of £7.50 per hour is offered along with private health care, holiday and sick pay. Hours of work are
Monday-Friday 11.30am-2.30pm.
